When you purchase International Medical Coverage and Assistance, your medical expenses are reimbursed up to a maximum limit per insured person per coverage period.

This limit varies depending on the plan chosen:

  • EveriCover & EveriCover MENA: CHF/USD 3,500,000 per insured person per coverage period.
  • ExecutiveCover: CHF 5,000,000 per insured person per coverage period.

Note: Specific limits apply to certain special benefits, detailed below.

HIV/AIDS:

  • EveriCover / MENA: CHF/USD 35,000 lifetime
  • ExecutiveCover: CHF 100,000 lifetime

Accompanying child under 19:

  • EveriCover / MENA: CHF/USD 150/day, max 15 nights
  • ExecutiveCover: CHF 300/day, max 15 nights

Dental Accident:

  • EveriCover / MENA: Included with no deductible, within 48 hours of the accident (or as soon as possible after hospitalization)
  • ExecutiveCover: Included with no deductible, within 48 hours of the accident (or as soon as possible after hospitalization)

Dental (non-accident):

  • EveriCover Plus: CHF/USD 3,000/insured – CHF/USD 5,000/family with 10% Co-insurance
  • ExecutiveCover: CHF 3,000/insured – CHF 5,000/family with 10% co-insurance
  • ExecutiveCover Plus: CHF 5,000/insured – CHF 8,000/family with 10% co-insurance

Maternity:

  • EveriCover / MENA: Only with EveriCover Plus CHF/USD 20,000/pregnancy – 10% co-insurance

Prematurity / Congenital Malformation:

Two factors can affect your premium:

  • Medical indexation
    Each year, we adjust premiums based on changes in medical costs in different regions of the world. These adjustments are based on recognized benchmarks (e.g., Watson Medical Trend Report).
  • Age bracket change
    Because risks increase with age, your premium is readjusted every 5 years when you enter a new age bracket. The increase factor is fixed and applied at that time.

Yes. You can customize your coverage by selecting a deductible level that suits your budget and needs.
The deductible is the minimum amount you pay yourself in the event of a claim; beyond that, we cover your eligible medical expenses.
Deductibles apply per insured person and per illness.

You can choose between two geographic coverage zones.

These zones determine the countries in which your medical expenses are eligible for reimbursement.

Zone 1: You are covered worldwide except in the United States and Canada, where benefits are only provided if:

Your stay does not exceed 30 days per insurance year, and you are not traveling there for the purpose of receiving medical treatment.

Zone 2: You are covered worldwide, including the United States and Canada, without time limits.

Zone 2 coverage can remain active when the insured returns to their country of origin, except for U.S. and Canadian citizens, whose coverage will automatically terminate after three consecutive months in their country of origin.

Zone 3 (MENA only): Worldwide, including the USA/Canada, but only for unforeseen medical events and for a maximum stay of 30 days per year.

Yes. All our plans include dental coverage following an accident, with no deductible.
Treatment must be completed within 48 hours of the accident (or as soon as possible after hospitalization).

Yes. You benefit from 24/7 medical assistance, wherever you are in the world.

Our medical team coordinates with local doctors and can:

  • Cover necessary medical expenses.
  • Arrange medical evacuation to the most appropriate facility.
  • Arrange repatriation if necessary.
  • Ship essential medications unavailable locally.
  • Coordinate mountain search and rescue operations (coverage limit: CHF/USD 25,000 EveriCover – CHF 75,000 ExecutiveCover).

Maternity coverage is included only in:

  • EveriCover Plus
  • ExecutiveCover Plus

Waiting period: 300 days from the contract’s effective date.

Only one insured person per contract can benefit from this coverage.

  • Delivery (hospital or planned home delivery)
  • Medically necessary cesarean section
  • Complications related to pregnancy and childbirth
  • Hospitalization of the newborn immediately after birth

  • Emergency assistance: evacuation, repatriation, first aid on site, shipment of essential medications, mountain search and rescue (subject to applicable limits).

From the 7th month of pregnancy onward, no transportation can be arranged by the assistance provider.

Yes. As soon as your coverage is approved, you will receive login details to access your secure personal account.

    Communicate directly with our customer service.
  • Use our mobile app for access wherever you are.

Yes. In the event of hospitalization (in Switzerland or abroad), we can pay the medical expenses directly to the institution, thus avoiding any upfront payment on your part.

Your contract is annual and renews automatically at each renewal date.
You will receive a renewal notice before the renewal date, along with the premium amount due.
